Agreement

This agreement forms a legally binding agreement between the syndicate manager "Roy Benham, aka Beth Nicole Gordon, trading as Benico Enterprises" and all paid members.

Every effort to ensure payments are allocated on time. In the event of any problems placing bets then alternative draws may be used.

I will make every effort to ensure that draw entry numbers are displayed correctly on this website. In the event of mistakes then the official entry will remain valid and legally binding.

Membership confirms a legal right for all paid members to receive shares of winnings from the syndicate manager

A - Membership Requirements

  1. Membership is open to anyone, over the age of 18, preferably resident in the United Kingdom, with a GBP bank account.
  2. Form completion will require you to provide:
    1. Forename & Surname
    2. Mobile Phone Number
    3. Email Address
    4. House Number or Name & Postcode
    5. Date of Birth
    6. Bank Sort Code
    7. Bank Account Number
  3. From 12th April 2026, all membership applications will require payment of a membership admin fee. This fee is subject to change at any time. See the Membership Page for details of the current charge.
    This fee will be refunded after 3 monthly payments have been made, as long as these are made within the first 6 months of membership.
  4. Data Protection: This information will not released to any other person or organisation without your written consent or a court request and will only be stored as long as is necessary. This information may be checked for validity and will retained for no longer than 1 year after your membership ends. None of this information is stored on this website, or any other public access site or device.
B - Payments> £5 with Cascade*

  1. DUE DATES: Payments are due no later than the 23rd of each calendar month. Allowances will be made when this falls on a bank holiday or weekend.
  2. Payment entitles you to share all prizes won in the draws held in the next month.
  3. In the event that you miss a payment you will not be eligible for any prizes for that month.
  4. Late payment delays membership until the following month, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
  5. AMOUNTS: Payments can be any agreed amount between £4.33 (£1 per week) and £26.00 (£6 per week). Larger payments may be approved if agreed in writing.
    The syndicate manager may make larger payments in order to maintain a minimum level of entries.
  6. Membership amounts may be changed or cancelled at anytime.
    Notification of changes is not strictly required but would be appreciated, especially in the event of payments being paused or stopped.
  7. Reminders will not be sent in the event of missed payments
  8. Each 1p paid will count as 1 share of winnings.
  9. All funds received will be used for Betting. There will not be any deductions from payments for administration.
  10. METHODS: Payments can be made by Bank Transfer, Standing Order or other agreed method
  11. Funds will be held in an GBP bank account that is used solely for the lottery syndicate. This account may earn interest.
C - Account Closure
Updated 6th April 2025
  1. You may request the closure of your account at any time.
    If requested 25th or earlier: Membership finishes at the end of that month.
    If requested 26th or later: Membership finishes at the end of the following month, unless payment has not been made.
  2. Accounts will be deemed closed if payments are not received for 3 months.
  3. Any remaining prize fund balance will be paid out when your account has been closed.
  4. Stored personal information will be deleted 1 year after final prizes have been paid out, to enable easy re-activation.
    After this time you will need to message me and then provide your personal information again.
D - The Draws

  1. All funds received will be split evenly over the 4-5 weeks of the following calendar month. Any remaining funds will be used additional lottery draws or online betting, details of which will be published on the home page.
  2. Draw Entry Tickets will be purchased for no more than 4 weeks at a time, due to limits set but the companies used for betting.
  3. Funds will primarily be used to bet on UK National Lottery Draws. The actual allocation will depend on total funds received and may vary each month.
    Other Betting may be used at any time.
    UK National Lottery Draws:
    1. Lotto: £2.00 each - Wed & Sat (2 draws from 10-Jun-2026)
    2. Lotto HotPicks: £1.00 each - Wed & Sat (2 draws from 10-Jun-2026)
    3. EuroMillions: £2.50* each - Tue & Fri (*£2.00 prior to Sep 2016)
    4. Set For Life: £1.50 each - Mon & Thur (launched 18-Mar-2019)
      Unlikely to be used again due to potential complications with monthly prizes.
    5. Thunderball: £1.00 each - Tue*, Wed, Fri & Sat (*Tuesday draws added 30 Jan 2018)
    Operated by Camelot until 31 Jan 2024, then operated by Allwyn from 1 Feb 2024
    The National Lottery Online Account is recorded as being used by a syndicate.
E - Prizes

From 10th June 2026 - Rule 12 will no longer be relevant as Lucky Dip Prizes have been removed
  1. FREQUENCY: Prizes may be paid out Monthly, Half-Yearly or after it reaches a specific value (£25 or £50). You may leave prizes to accumulate and then withdraw them in time for Christmas, Birthdays or Holidays.
  2. WHEN: Prizes will be paid out as soon as possible after the last draw of each month. Please allow up to 14 days for prizes to be paid out to allow for my own holidays, funds transfers, or other unforeseen eventualities - where possible payments will be made within 24 hours of requests.
  3. The minimum monthly payment will be £1.00. Smaller amounts will be rolled over. Smaller payments may occasionally be paid out.
  4. If the event of large wins, these may be paid out early if you have selected half-yearly payments.
  5. METHOD: All prizes will be paid via Bank Transfer.
  6. Prizes will only be shared between those that have made payments for that month. NO exceptions will be made for anyone that has missed payments for that month.
  7. BANK DETAILS: It is the responsibility of the members to ensure that they have provided the correct bank details.
  8. Prizes will be calculated after the final draw of each month.

    Prize allocation will be processed as follows:
  9. Loyalty Bonus: In the event of wins in excess of £1,000 then any losses accrued by currently active members may be offset from winnings before the remaining funds are shared out, to a total value not exceeding 10% of the prize total.
    Example: If £11,000 was won then £1,100 would be used for loyalty bonuses, paying off approximately 15% of the total value lost by active members.
  10. Draw Booster Bonus: £10 from prizes of at least £100 will be used as for additional Lucky Dip Lotto and HotPicks entries for the next available draw.
    Winnings from these entries will be backdated to the month of the original draw in the event of membership changes.
  11. Shares: All members will receive an equal share for every 1p paid, from the remaining prize fund balance.
  12. Lucky Dip Prize Tickets: Winnings from these entries will be backdated to the month of the original draw in the event of membership changes.

Prize example: EuroMillions HotPicks 3 = £1,500 (standard share would have been approx £45)
Loyalty Bonus Fund = £150 + Draw Booster = £10 + Prize Fund for Sharing = £1,340
£5 membership stake, approx 3% = £40 + share of Loyalty Bonus e.g. 5% £7.50 = Total approx £47.50

Prize example: EuroMillions HotPicks 2 = £100 (standard share would have been approx £3.00
Loyalty Bonus Fund = £0 + Draw Booster = £10 + Prize Fund for Sharing = £90
£5 membership stake, approx 3% = £2.70

Maximum Deduction for Loyalty Bonus is currently less than £10,000

F - Administration Costs

  1. COSTS: The Website Domain costs approximately £1.00 per month. This fee is not deducted from winnings.
  2. ADMIN: Small remaining prize funds afters prizes have been shared equally will be taken as admin fees. Such amounts are just a few pence that cannot be divided equally between all the member shares. These are currently less than 10p per month.
  3. INTEREST: Interest may be earned on funds held awaiting payment and on prize draw funds, and taken as admin fees.

    • 2025 = £0.26 (+ £0.63 interest)
    • 2024 = £0.68 (+ £0.20 interest)
    • 2023 = £0.45 (+ £0.73 interest)
    • 2022 = £0.34 (+ £0.20 interest)
    • 2021 = £0.32 (no interest)
    • 2020 = £0.11 (no interest)
    • 2019 = £0.09 (no interest)
    • 2015-2018 = no fees claimed
G - Data Protection & Website Cookies

  1. In accordance with Data Protection no personal information will be forwarded to any other person or organisation. The information will be used only to confirm identity and make prize payments.
  2. Electoral Roll checks may be made to confirm identity, for members that I do not know personally. No personal information will be published or stored online.
  3. Information may be stored on a third party cloud storage service.
  4. You may request a copy of the information held about you at any time. This information will be provided free by email, or by post for £5.00.
  5. No personal information is retained by Benico Enterprises, other than that you personally provide when being provided with a service.
  6. Website Cookies may be collected by Google & eUKHost for statistical purposes only.
    Benico Enterprises rarely use any information obtained by these companies.
H - When and How you will be contacted

  1. EMAIL: You will be contacted by email to confirm online registration application.
  2. TEXT: Texts messages may be sent as part of the registration process.
  3. VOICE: There will be no telephone voice contact at any time.
  4. POST: Postal addresses will only be used to check the Electoral Roll and not for any written contact.
  5. LARGE WINS: In the event of large winnings you may be sent an email, Facebook Message, text or WhatsApp message.
  6. BANK DETAILS: You will be contacted by any suitable means if there are changes to Membership Bank Account Details
